What is the Concept 75+?
The Concept 75+ is a dental care concept that has been specially developed for people aged 75 and over. It takes into account age-related changes in motor skills, perception and care ability – with the aim of keeping it simple and ensuring oral health even in cases where care is required.
A central component of this concept is telescopic prosthetics, in which all existing teeth are integrated into a removable but highly precise anchored restoration.

Telescopic work: stability meets flexibility
In telescopic restoration, the natural teeth are fitted with so-called primary crowns, onto which precisely fitting secondary crowns are placed in the prosthesis.
The result: a removable restoration that feels fixed – functional, aesthetic and easy to care for.

The advantages at a glance:
Durability: This restoration is designed so that, with good care, it can be worn for a lifetime. Even if a tooth has to be removed, the prosthesis can continue to be worn until there is no natural anchorage/tooth left.

Easy to care for in old age:
Easy to care for, especially because the interdental spaces that are difficult to clean can be cleaned well with removable dentures. The dentures can be cleaned with a conventional toothbrush under running water.

High wearing comfort:
The telescopic technique ensures a secure hold depending on the pattern of the support zones without pressure points or wobbling.

Preservation of remaining teeth:
The existing teeth are functionally integrated and stabilised. This further stimulates the jawbone through its natural function of bone cell regeneration and prevents atrophy.

For an independent life – even when in need of care
Especially in old age or when in need of care, it is crucial that dentures do not become a burden. Telescopic/removable dentures based on the 75+ concept are designed so that they can be easily handled and cleaned even under difficult conditions, such as dementia or limited fine motor skills.
Caregivers or relatives can easily remove, clean and reinsert the prosthesis – without complicated procedures or technical hurdles.
